"We had very noisy people in the room above us , it sounded like a heard of elephants marching back and forth. I called the front desk and asked if they would speak to them and they seemed not be to concerned about it. Said that they were a nice retired couple. I told him that we were a nice retired couple also but we try being respectful of the people around us. Also, the poor bar was like a bar in an episode of “The Walking Dead” very boring, no music and very slow bar maid. If you want a fun atmosphere and good music playing at the bar walk down to the “Sundail” we spent more time there then at “The Resort at Sanibel”. Over all the place was clean just not much personality!"

"Checkout was at 11am and when asked if we can extend an hour so we can pack without rush they wanted to charge us $50 for an extra hour. When we returned to our room at 10:30 am from speaking to the frontdesk the door didn't open and the maid said that she couldn't open the door so we had to go back down again. The front desk lady was very uninterested in the issue. Also they only have one drop-off at 10am and one pickup at 2pm which makes going to the beach difficult and costly. Again whe I brought up to the staff they appeared uninterested and told me to write it in the review."

"I had such a great stay here! The property is beautiful and very well kept, and my room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff was so friendly that by the end of the trip I felt like I was visiting friends instead of staying at a hotel. Now let's talk about the food. I usually approach hotel restaurants with low expectations and a backup snack plan, but this place proved me wrong. Everything I ordered was delicious, and the drinks were dangerously good. They also had live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights, which was a nice surprise and made the evenings even more fun. And I know this sounds random, but can we talk about the water? The shower water was so soft that I seriously considered checking if I could take it home with me. The pool and jacuzzi were the same way. It's such a small detail, but it made everything feel extra relaxing. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable getaway."

Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers

"This place is all about the vibes! The live music and common spaces are lively and just what you would hope for a Margaritaville. A day at the pool is also fun filled and lenetvetic. However, if you would like a nice evening, watching the sunset in the summer, forget about it the pool and beach amenities is all closed at 8 PM. This was a little disappointing to be sure other than that. Everything was amazing and we would definitely go again, maybe in the winter."
